This is the best source of Molybdenum I have ever taken
This was recommended to me by someone who takes molybdenum and has health issues similar to mine. I had been taking molybdenum for a while before she recommended this brand. It seems to me like Biotics MoZyme Forte Molybdenum has a much quicker and greater effect than the other brands I've taken. So I stick with it.

THEY WORK
These were a game changer for me in dealing with sulfur sensitivity. I always have an extra bottle of hand.

Works well
I was having problems with taking NAC (and Glutathione) due to the high sulfite/sulfur content it has. Some people are sensitive to it. It gave me headaches and revved me up which is not good at bed time. I read in Dr. Ben Lynch's book to take Molybdenum for this and it works. I like that it is a tablet and I usually only take half of one.

I think it’s working!
I bought this to help my body absorb my supplements I take so they don’t go to waste! I take this with selenium. Someone suggested this to me and this is the only brand I could find! Seems to be working great! They also told me to cut these in half but I just take a whole one and I haven’t noticed any negative side effects!

A supplement that does something
I bought this product as part of a protocol to deal with SIBO. I've taken molybdenum in the past with no noticeable results. A health care professional recommended this brand. I can't say yet what effect it will have on the SIBO condition. It's too early yet but this helped me sleep through the night. Great product!

BE CAUTIOUS IF YOU HAVE HISTAMINE INTOLERANCE
It's difficult to write a review and give less stars on an item that is probably perfectly fine for most people to take. However, if it causes issues in your body you cannot leave a glowing report regardless of how wonderful it is for others. I have recently developed sulfur intolerance related to my 10+ year battle with histamine intolerance. The issue arose possibly related to the copper water filter system I purchased in March 2025 as it did increase my copper consumption unbeknownst to me. Anyway, every book and article seems to rave about MoZyme for sulfur issues and high copper. I double checked to see if it would be an issue for my HIT but all reports came back positive for effectiveness for HIT and SIT. But that was not the case for me. I think because it is a cultured product and cultured/fermented products are a no-go for histamine intolerance it has aggravated my histamine levels producing bloat (which it is supposed to help with sulfur problems) and raising overall histamine levels in my body. I was apprehensive about the Mo-zyme forte, as I did not feel I had good results with the lower dose Mo-Zyme, but I was not battling sulfur issues when I took the lower dose, so thought I would go ahead and see if the forte would outweigh my previous experience. It did not! I took one last night and bloated horribly for hours which is the usual response to sulfur metabolism problems. Then I tried it one more time this morning with breakfast; a meal I almost never have issues with, and BAM bloating again. So, I don't know for sure if this reaction is related in anyway to the SIT issues, or just my histamine intolerance, or maybe it is a combination of both. But I will no longer be taking either Mo-Zyme product. Too bad. Once again $$ down the drain.

Does NOT help my sulfite issues.
I really should have done more research on this form of MolyB. I use it for my sulphur conversion issues and this “Whole Foods” form does nothing for me and I just got more and more sick over 3 months, not realizing how ineffective this one was. I’m back on a chelated glycinate version and my headaches, weakness, wheezing and constant nausea and severe diarrheal symptoms from the sulfite issues are gone. Carlson is the Brand I switched to. I was taking Thorne’s untill they discontinued it which is why I’ve been trying others. I’ll definitly be avoiding this one from here on out.
