This is a great quarter-sheet pan.
I've owned this pan for three months, and it has proven to be a heavy duty and reliable performer. I use it nearly every day. I also have half-sheet pans and racks, but this quarter-sheet (9x13 inches) size is the one that I used most often and is a great size for a home kitchen. I also have a quarter-sheet pan rack that sits in it and highly recommend also getting one of those. It will increase the usefulness of the pan. I sometimes use the pan as is, simply for a holding tray. More often, I use it with the rack to drain fried or washed foods, or with a rack to dry brine meats in the fridge. Mostly though, I use the pan to make sheet pan pizza. At 9x13 inches, it's just the right size to make pizza for two, or just one with slices left over for reheating later. I make my pizza dough from scratch, and my sauce from canned whole peeled or crushed tomatoes. I make a lot of pizza, and mostly use shredded mozzarella cheese that I purchase in commercial size five pound bags at a warehouse club. It's quite good, costs much less than the national brands at grocery stores, and I find it superior to grocery store national brands in taste, texture, and not over browning in a very hot oven. The pizza in the photos are ones that I baked in this pan in my home oven. I bake my pan pizza in a preheated oven with a baking stone at 480-500F (250-260C). The pan goes right on top of the stone, and just sits there like it should. It doesn't flex or warp like thinner pans do. Since the pan stays rigid and flat on the baking stone, the bottom browns evenly. It's simply an excellent pan for sheet pan pizza. Based on my three months of using it, I can highly recommend this pan, whether for use as a holding pan, for using with a quarter-sheet pan rack for draining fried or washed foods, to use when needed to dry brine meat on a rack, or as a pizza pan that can handle the heat. It's a very versatile kitchen tool.

Perfect
Love this baking pan. It's large and fits in my oven perfectly with just a little room left over. I got it so I can utilize my entire oven rack when I bake my cookies. It's strong, no issues with rusting, no warping, it's just Great.

Good quality.
I'm giving it a 5 although it weighs 3 oz. less than the one I purchased in 2024. Looks the same - haven't tried it yet. I'm very pleased with the older one, this one will probably work as well. Cooks evenly & no warping!

Commercial size and strength
It’s really good. Solid construction and will not buckle or warp under high heat. It’s very smooth on the surface as well. It’s definitely a large baking sheet compared to others. More commercialized than home cooking but it works very well.

Perfect size for so many uses, heavy, strong and very well made. I just bought more!
I bought two, loved them and just bought five more--three more for me and two for my daughter. We are both avid cooks. I love that these are heavy, strong and extremely well made. Perfect for baking a couple of chicken breasts to slice for big salads, or for making "Cooking for Two" recipes for my husband and me. I like to have cookie dough balls in the freezer, and this is great for baking off a small batch when someone comes. The excellent finish is a breeze to clean up compared to the cheap pans I've had. After writing this review I'm going back to the listing to see what other sizes might be available! Even better, I bought a big stack of foil 9x13 pans on Amazon, for holiday meals when my kitchen is just too small for huge piles of pans to wash, for taking foods to family potlucks, or taking food to someone, and these are PERFECT for supporting those wobbly foil pans in the oven, and then for transport.

Heavy duty baking pan!
I measured my own size and this was the perfect size to allow space (margin) for heat to flow freely past all sides. Top quality, heavy (holds heat well after leaving the oven. The size requires some effort to clean, but if you work on it you can do it. I am extremely satisfied with this choice. Would purchase again but this will last forever!
