The Hair Colour Book: A Practical Guide To The Theory Of Colouring Hair : Regan, Mr. Peter: desertcart.co.uk: Books Review: Good reminder on colouring theory. - Bought it to keep my colour theory sharp after a break. Nice and succinct, good overviews. Few times that it confused me, mostly well written but just a few areas where I had to read things a whole bunch of times before I understood what it was saying. Colour can be a tough topic, so I’ll accept some moments where I didn’t easily understand what it was saying. Overall, quite good. Review: Detailed ! - Very detailed book , a must have for hairdressers. I love the way things are explained in simple terms and some pictures included, although I think there could've been more . Clears up a lot of my questions. Highly recommended!

Not as good as I thought.
This book is very overpriced for the amount of content in it. It is a very small thin book. It is only 8.5" x 5.5" & only 5 mm in depth. In the photos it looked quite large, and I was very disappointed when it arrived. Some of the info in it is useful, but most of it I realised I already knew. I definitely would not recommend buying it due to the £15.01 price tag. Probably most of it could be found on Google. However, I would like to say that it was despatched in good time, and within the time frame stated.

This book has good information and is written with easy to read print. At first I was very disappointed in the small size of the book; however, it covers the basics and really has no need to be larger. I would recommend this book for anyone wanting to learn the basics of hair and color.

This book is great. I got it when I was in cosmetology school. It gives you a better understanding of colour theory if you are struggling with that, I still use it till this day as a hairstylist.

Good book for a beginner, it explains the usual industry standards when selecting a colour and the natural elements that every technician has to deal with.

I bought this for my new online biz (I'm working on) to help me review the theory aspect as a quick reference. And so happy I finally decided to buy it. I can quickly find the information I need, it's a great visual tool and perfect for all Cosmetologists!
