Can you shape the sides so they unroll a bit more?

There is a heavy gauge wire that runs around the edge, so I believe that you could manipulate that somewhat to change the shape of it.

Some straw hats are soft and some stiff. Which style is this?

I would say an in between neither too stiff nor too soft.

Does this hat have a shapable brim? Like with a wire brim?

Good afternoon. Yes, this hat does have a wire brim. Thank you, Michelle
