I wasn't sure about using polycarbonate, but this worked better than expected. The only complain (and it's not really a complaint) is that the chocolates are a little small. I wish each chocolate was a little bigger. I recommend rubbing coco butter or coconut oil in the molds and carefully wiping it out to "condition" it. I'm not a professional though, but my chocolates release better. I like this product and will probably order more shapes.

Perfect candy and chocolate molds. They are exactly how i remember them being in class.

I’ve tried molded chocolates a few times in the past and never been super successful with them. Always going back to dipped. I decided to give it another go with these molds and they are fantastic. Was able to do some really lovely chocolates with beautiful thin shells and perfect seals. The chocolates release so easily. Batch after batch come out really lovely. I just love the thin shell you are able to achieve vs a dipped chocolate and the gloss these put on finished chocolates is gorgeous. I’m always happy with the flavor of my dipped chocolates, but not always with the way they look. These molds make them look expensive as hell too. Great.

They come out so beautiful. But four of them didn't want to come out. That frustrated me because it's a hard plastic. Giving it a little twist is next to impossible. In my frustration I tried to twist and heard a little crack. I don't know how to avoid that in the future. I don't know why some came right out and the others took time and energy - they shouldn't have. It does create a beautiful finish. And note - I did not send mine back for a refund. I'll suffer through the occasional struggle.

This is perfect for making small pieces of chocolate (though maybe a bit small for truffles). Properly-tempered chocolate comes out easily and perfectly shiny. A bit hard to clean without water spraying back at you and some small spots on the back of the mold but overall very good, especially for the price!

This seems very sturdy and shiny pockets. Chocolate releases easily. I just wish the size of the pockets were a little bigger.

It is easy to trap bubbles into this mold, so chocolate shells need extra care to make. I had to freeze the truffles in the mold over night (technically 6 hours) to be able to get the chocolate out. Usable and fine for how much it cost, but would have preferred if it didn't come cracked. I had some time constrains so return/replacement wasn't an option. 3 stars for not-great but not horrible.

They really work well. The candies basically fall right out and have a nice shine to them. I only wish they were larger, I guess I didn't realize how tiny they are when I ordered.
