とても小さく、場所も取らないし、音もしずか。体のストレッチにもなり、腰だけでなく、背骨とか肩甲骨に効く感じがしてとってもよかったです。運動というより、血がよくめぐる感じ。しんどくないのでおすすめです。

週に3、4回スポーツジムで有酸素運動をしていますが、家でのスキマ時間を見つけてはテレビを見をながら捻り運動をしてます。もともとこの程度の器具でダイエットやクビレなど期待はしておらず、それよりもiPhoneに付いている歩数計を伸ばすことに専念しています。ジムに行かない時や雨風が強くて外に出ない時は重宝します。また、腕を振り腰を捻るので全身の血行が良くなって体が温まるし(夏は結構な汗が出る)、捻ることによって腸の動きが良くなり便意を催すことも時々あります。ただ一つ残念なのは、器具からの音が大きくテレビの音量を上げないと聞こえない！これさえ改善してくれれば使い勝手のいい器具の一つだと思います。

本体はしっかりしていて、がたつきもなくスムーズに回転出来る。 値段も安すぎず、手頃感があり、気軽に運動が出来るのが良いと思う。

左右に体をひねるだけですが、腰が良く動き柔軟性が上がるような気がします。何よりも電源を必要としないエコな商品です。

以前使っていた小さめの方が気に入っていたので、今回は大きめのこれを選びました。着いたすぐに開けて使っています。

子ども使えているので助かりました。

体重3桁の旦那と一緒に使用したくて購入。 体重が重いと回りにくくなって壊れるかな…なんて心配しましたが、今のところ大丈夫そうです(使用４日目) 初日にノリノリの曲を聴きながら、両手に500mlのペットボトルを待ち、ツイスト運動もしてみましたが、翌日しっかり筋肉痛になりました（笑） 回転する時の音も気になりませんが、下に敷くものは厚めのものがお勧めです。 これなら毎日少しずつでも続けていけそうです！

運動不足解消のために購入しました

I already had a very small twist disc but my size 5 feet were hanging off the edge so I thought a bigger one would be better. It is, albeit slightly noisier. It sound like someone sawing wood but it doesn't bother me. I wouldn't say it's flimsy but it's lighter than I thought, and the movement is smooth. I never understood what people meant when they say engage your core but I really have to use the stomach muscles to control it or I go round in circles. I like jumping on this on my lunch break and watching telly.

This is a great way to workout on days you don't feel like it. It does a great job engaging the core, especially combined with hand or wrist weights. It's sturdy, twists smoothly and quietly, and is a good size so you don't feel like you're not on it properly. The included mat is nice and does a great job preventing the disc from sliding around. I definitely recommend this for those who want low effort but effective workouts.

I really like several things about this unit. 1) It is bigger than most twisters. It allows for me to wear my runners. And place my feet apart, which stabilizes me. I have had a stroke, which has affected my left leg. But the unit size and my runners assist greatly, in my ability to maintain my balance, nicely 2) It really promotes great circulation, leaving one greatly envigorated. And done too music makes for a fun workout!❤️I am enjoying this twister, a lot!! I love it!

Very easy to use and the movement is smooth. I can feel this workout in my entire core, I love it. I have been using it for over a month and it's still working like the first day, very sturdy. Great product for the price! I like to use it for about 10 minutes at a time once or twice a day.
