The item was not sent as originally requested. I was sent a proof that was incorrect and replied with detailed corrections. I was then sent a second proof that was the same as the first one without any corrections made. I sent identical detailed instructions again and then received the item without any of the edits made. The item also had a visual flaw (some white piece of debris) other than just a bubble floating in the glass. It was three short lines of text. I’m not sure why it was so difficult. They dropped the ball. Customer satisfaction would’ve been so simple… I just don’t understand.

Was a little nervous to order these online but these glass pieces are beautiful! I am so glad I ordered them online. Would definitely recommend this item.

When I opened the package it was nicer than I had pictured. The engraving was very nice and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice trophy.

It was a gift for my daughter and she loved it. The best part was that it arrived earlier than the delivery date.
