Banilla Zero Firming Cleansing Balm is gentle on my face and is a very effective first step in my nighttime beauty routine in removing makeup and wiping with a hot damp cloth. I follow it with a foaming cleanser in the two step process. It is more effective than oils or the harsher makeup removers.

I really like this product, it removes all my makeup and mascara and leaves my face feeling clean and soft. Only thing I did notice my eyes in the morning feel like they might have a little more eye boogies.
