Ideal for what we wanted.

Just love these, and panicked when my local store was out of stock, so relieved to be able to buy them here. They are just right for filling with soured cream and either fresh fruit or salmon caviar! The little cases stay crunchy as long as you don't make them too far in advance - but they're still tasty!

Wanted an alternative to pastry for a party nibble, they are hard to describe other than a 'hard shell' although they soften up a lot in the oven so doing a hot starter in them left them slightly unstable to be handled. In terms of losses, about 9 in each pack were broken and I guess this can't be avoided and I certianly had more broken when ordering the Piddy variety (although you did get a lot more) - overall they were great for a cream cheese filling (they will go soft if left in the fridge for hours) so fill them probably an hour or two before you need them - I would not recomend leaving them filled over night unless you want them to be soft.

I normally buy these at Waitrose but they did not have any and I needed them for an outdoor event. They are so easy to use and you can do so many different fillings. The down side was that really these are very expensive bought through Amazon so I will stock up from Waitrose. However it was a port in a storm.

I use these when I’m making an afternoon tea. You can put all sorts of fillers in and my guests love them. My favourite filling is mushroom pate topped with a walnut. I always keep lots in stock as they have a good ‘use by’ date.

Very pleased with this purchase. Filled with homemade smoked mackerel pate as an hors douvres with drinks which went down very well with lovely comments from my guests. Would definitely buy again.

This product is quite fragile (like very thin pastry). It came packed in one of the Amazon cardboard sleeves, not a box, so as a consequence, most of the croustades were smashed and unusable.

I have bought/used these croustades for always, but have been told for the last 6 months from all my usual local stockists they cannot get them. Okay - Amazon had them, so I bought a pack of 2 which should have been 48 of them. Except that the way they had been packed/despatched meant that another heavier box must have been stacked on top of them in the van and they were mostly in bits on arrival .... I rescued 11 from one box and 9 from the second one and I could have cried. Nothing on the packaging indicated that the contents were fragile: all in all a bit of a sad waste of money, but we enjoyed the ones that did survive as they were as wonderful as always from Rahms - not their fault at all.

Utilisées pour faire des apéritifs à Noël. Ont fait tes bon effet. Elles sont bonnes et très croustillantes. La taille était parfaite pour la recette.

No taste. Stale. Took forever to arrive

C'est un très bon produit, sympa pour un apéritif est super bon. Je recommande fortement cet article même s'il est un peu cher, moi, j'en recommanderais à l'avenir.
