Reliable switch, great to have various temperature ranges available
So glad that various temperature ranges are available for these. Since the locations for mounting these are almost always limited, it’s tough to find a spot that registers the actual engine temperature, so if you have to use a cooler part of the hose or radiator, it’s great to be able to compensate with a lower temperature fan switch.

Seems to be very good so far
The last switch I had (different company) lasted for over a year (maybe 2). I believe these shouldn't wear out for a decade or two so that leaves me waiting. The accuracy of the switch is very important to me as I run two and have two settings on my electric fans. These are about as close as I could expect them to be for their open and closed circuit settings. If the settings don't start having a mind of their own and they continue to live...I'll install these in all of my projects. I love to build the cars and trucks that I do...I hate to find out the weak links via upset customers.

Works as Advertized
Bought the same thing (another brand), didn't work. This works great. Put this in 302 Mustang 1965, electric Fan and Water pump. This unit is controlling the Water pump. I recommend it.

Worked for about 9 hours of driving.
Installed it in my full aluminum radiator. Worked for about 9 hours of driving. Drove my car to work one day, went to go to lunch, my car was dead. Completely dead because the radiator fan stayed on. The switch never shut off. After getting a jump I noticed it started fluctuating to work on and off. Then completely just stayed in the on position. I am currently disconnecting my battery everytime I park until I replace this faulty part. I do not recommend.

Excellent product
One wire grounding makes this switch simple and easy to activate a fan relay. Works great!

Works very well
This switches my cooling fan on at 180 degrees F. Works as advertised.

works good except I think the calibration is off about 10-12 degrees, fan comes on close to 190 +.
