Good quality, easy to install
This seems to be pretty well-made. It doesn't feel cheap and was easy to install. I was replacing a 60-year-old range hood and the new one did not include a power cord. It is 3 feet long, which seemed long enough, but because I could not run the cord in a straight line to the outlet (which was hidden in the back of a cabinet), I ended up a couple of inches short (the story of my life). I got the shortest heavy-duty extension cord I could find and just used that. It's the only thing in that plug, so it should be fine, although the use of extensions us frowned upon by fire safety people. I did get the appliance-grade extension which actually cost more than this. Anyway, it's a good product and exactly as advertised. I would buy it again and recommend it to others.
