Caffeine free version just as good as regular version
I like that there is a caffeine free version of this that I can drink since I am not able to have caffeine. I am able to find it for cheaper here than anywhere else. It always arrives in good shape, no damage. I wish more brands had caffeine free versions this readily available.

Usually great but one bad batch affected consistency
I have been buying this for a long time and typically get multiple packages at once. Most of the time, the taste is exactly what is expected and very consistent, with that familiar crisp Diet Coke flavor that makes it easy to enjoy regularly. However, there was one bad experience where it tasted like the syrup ratio was off. The flavor was noticeably different and not enjoyable at all, and unfortunately it affected all five packages from that purchase. That batch was not drinkable for me. Other than that one instance, the product has been reliable and consistent in quality, and I have not had similar issues before or after that time. Overall, it is usually a dependable caffeine free soda option, but consistency can vary based on the occasional batch issue.
