Great heat patches. Helps my severe back pain when it gets too much. I can fall asleep with one on, and it’ll still be warm in the morning. Very durable and heat lasts a long time! Will definitely buy again.

Improvement
I thought I’d try these as since my stroke I’ve had a bad shoulder and I refuse to take painkillers as they cause constipation.because of my meds I have to be careful what I use so noticed no meds in these. You put them on and the heat from your body seems to crystalise the contents an it gets very warm and seems to be helping …how I’m not sure but a definite improvement .

Heat lasts ages...
Got these for my back when I pull or strain something. The heat really eases the pain and these patches last ages - put it on in the morning and it will still be effective 8-9 hours later. The sticker works well but choose well as it wont stick well a second time.
