Minor modification needed for my Dell PC.
Even though the model number on this fan exactly matched the one I was replacing in my Dell PC, the wiring harness was too short, and the connecter was a bit different. I clipped and stripped the wires from my noisy factory fan, twisted and inserted them into this new fan's connector, and used a bit of electrical tape to hold everything securely in place. A fairly minor bit of effin' around, that did the trick just fine.
