Best grip
I started doing pole dance a couple of months ago and this is one of the best grip aid i have used so far. Keeps my hand from sweating when on the pole.

Pole Dancers
Still a must have for pole dancers. I have no idea how long I have had this stuff on auto ship but I burn through it. Its the OG and just the best for hand grip. I use some other grips for the body but I have never found a liquid chalk that works for the hands like the OG. So after 10 years if its still the holy grail hand grip for me - well I dont think anything else is coming close anytime soon. Pricey, but get what you pay for I guess. Cheaper alternatives are always just too watery for me so , itll stay on auto ship.

Good Residue Free Grip Solution
I bought this for pole fitness. I think it definitely gets the job done but I feel like I have to keep putting some on because my hands still get sweaty. I do like how this doesn’t leave any residue on the pole though. I had bought iTac previously and it is stronger and works a little better but it leaves your pole with a bunch of residue. So I would say maybe this one I like better cause it’s less messy and you don’t have to scrub your pole after.
