What us this used for? I wish Boiron would include this in the description for all their products!

They do not really include “this is for such and such illness/symptoms” because it is a remedy. You base remedies on ALL your symptoms combined. You might have a runny nose (as it says on this bottle) but there are many remedies for runny noses so you have to include all your symptoms. Hope that helps.

So this is just table salt? How is this different than just eating some grains out of my salt shaker?

You should look up homeopathy and the process of making it. Calling this table salt is like calling a vaccine by the disease it prevents.I have used this remedy and it was very beneficial. I will use it many more times in the future as needed.
