I gave this a 5 star rating because By far it's the best phone holder I've ever owned. It holds my Samsung Note 9 that's in a otter box case tightly. Being in construction I'm offroad alot and my phone doesn't move. It is mounted on my windshield and never has fallen off. You can angle the Mount to your desire which you don't get with most phone holders. Sturdy and Well put together. Price point is definitely on the mark. Money well spent.

I have beeb with ibolt since the last model and that was a awsome phone mount this one is the updated one and its even better i only use them on windshields. They just hold any size phone easy to adjust and just holds it. When they get old the rubber feet come off i could be nicer to the mount and it would prob def hold up better i just reach and grab it off tho. All around a good mount and you can get a replacemet holder for like 15 20 bucks A+

I have gone through soo many mounts, including the ones with that stupid sticky glue.. and those still fell off the windshield in the Texas heat. Except this one...this mount is wonderful and love how it stays on my windshield without all the sticky mess. Its the best mount out there in the price point.

Hands down one of the best cell phone holders IMHO. I live in the desert. This has been in multiple vehicles in the Sun all day. Bought in 2021. Today the ear that holds the phone on finally gave way. It still holds the phone. Will definitely be buying another. Update* Had another of the same mount and the same ear, the single piece that slides out, broke again. Seems to be a serious flaw with this device and if it is just made out of something like aluminum... Something stronger than plastic... This thing would last even longer.

Tough to get out smoothly. Other than that it’s pretty functional.

This is the best and most sturdiest phone holder I’ve come across, after purchasing 3 other and returning all 3 which stated they were heavy duty and could hold big cell phones and their case, simply wasn’t the case at all. This ibolt pro dock is very serious and well made and put together, I’m very pleased with this product, as a matter of fact plan on purchasing a couple more for my other vehicles!!!

This is a well made, heavy duty phone mount that stays in place and holds my large Note 3, which is in a heavy duty case for protection. The fit is snug with no movement or slipping once you set it at the height and angle you want. We've used it on long trips as well as locally. I definitely recommend this product!!

The item works great! Had one little problem with it but they sent me a replacement part for it. But that’s where the customer sees from this company stopped. At the same time I order the replacement part under warranty I ordered extra mounts that I paid for. Well the only part I got was the part that they covered under warranty. I contacted them about this and they said they would ship out the other parts. Well now 2 months later still no parts that I ordered and paid for or no refund. They also have stopped responding to my emails 2 months ago asking about the missing order. Great product poor customer service
