I am using this instrument for testing of human urine and hydration. It works as expected. The accuracy appears to be good. It does need a strong light source. The scale is a bit compact for that use, but with care I can get the results I need.

We need to check the calibration every day. It was off a couple days in a row so we check it every day now. To have the same test done at our vets was $40 so this was so much more cost effective since we check her USG every morning. Very simple to calibrate and use. The product arrived a couple days sooner than promised.
