All the exercises are goood for vericocele patients. The version of this book is very helpful for the vericocele person. I would like to recommend this to those patients who are going through the pain of vericocele.

Is this really a great book to cure varicocele??

After going through three years of life-altering pelvic floor and varicocele pain, I finally found this book. I was looking for any way I could possibly heal myself in a natural and holistic way. I found that traditional medicine, visiting three different urologists, taking antibiotics, other prescriptions, and just being told "you are too young to even be having this type of pain" didn't get me anywhere. I actually purchased an ebook version of this guide about nine months ago, and recently purchased the paperback as I like the non-digital reference. The author's personal experience was the strongest evidence and catalyst for the development of a recovery program that actually works. I like how it is also well researched and backed by studies and medical evidence. I personally give more weight to an individual or a friend's life experience than I do to a particular medical study, but regardless, it is good to have both. The guide goes through a common sense overview of what causes varicocele, exercises, lifestyle changes, and other things I did not even realize. I was not aware that I needed to cool the testicles, and be very aware of drainage. I emailed the author asking for guidance in general and he was very helpful. He not only gave me some additional advice, but took into account my feedback, and seems to truly care. This is the go-to book if you will do whatever it takes to heal.

Definitely not worth the money. There is no valid information. The whole book is saying the same paragraph again and again. It is full of grammar errors and promotions on personal products and websites. Not recommended. Read another book from amazon.

I read half the book on day 1 and implemented just a few of the suggested changes and in just one month my pain has gone from a daily annoyance to something I rarely notice. I plan to follow more of the steps and am now hopeful that I'll never need surgery. Early days, but I feel like my drive has also improved

This truly is a complete, comprehensive guide to healing varicoceles. I love the no-nonsense, no fluff, get-to-the-point style of writing. There is some information about varicoceles and the healing methods, but just enough to help you realize how important these things are. It is a short book, because the author says all that needs to be said without adding lots of non-important details. Tons of tips to help get to the root of healing varicoceles. I have had improvements since starting these tips a couple months ago.
