Does this product still contain carrageenan gum?

HI Susan, our original Orgain shakes use an organic compliant, non-degraded form that comprises a trace (0.026%) amount of the product. Our new vegan shakes do not have carrageenan.

The creamy chocolate flavor leaves a strong after taste. Does anyone know if it contains stevia or asparatamine?

I have found that the chocolate flavor leaves an awful after taste. I have not found that with the creamy chocolate fudge.

is this product pasteurized? it says it contains milk, plus if it really is completely organic, most of those ingredients wouldn't last long

Yes of course it is pasteurized. First of all most organic milk sold in grocery stores is actually ULTRA pasteurized. Second you would be hard pressed to find an item available nationally that had raw milk in it as laws regarding raw milk are restrictive and vary greatly from one state to the next.

So do these contain too much sugar? Or sucralose?
