Product arrived very fast, install was fast and easy. (If you have ever installed radio systems before.) I put them in our fleet trucks of 4500 and 5500 series Ram trucks. Added front and rear steaming cameras for safety. They record quite well. Piece of mind for my industry. Also with the driver log app loaded, E- logs are a breeze. Our time tracking app booted right up to the system so the crews can all clock in and out with location. All in all a great product!

Just installed the unit and now my seat heaters and heated steering wheel no longer work. As much as I HATE Uconnect, if these won’t work with this system I’ll be returning it and going back to factory Uconnect crap. Install instructions not clear, adding a few pictures instead of just a diagram would definitely help and I did watch the install video. ** update** i got the seat heaters and steering wheel heater to work and the steering wheel rear buttons still work to control volume and channel. PROBLEM I'm having is so far climate control does not always respond. Fan speed will be stuck on 2 and it activates the rear defroster and i cannot turn it off or adjust anything. Rear camera looked better on Uconnect and Uconnect was easier to see while driving, might be the screen angle

This thing is awesome. Well worth the money. Plug and play very easy to install. Comes with a few extras that it doesn’t show. Works good and really enjoy it.

This unit is ok it comes with no installation instructions and the operation instructions are not great had some issues with it keeping time could not figure it out till I searched videos on youtube and someone just happens to mention how to fix had issues with my subwoofers shutting off when you raise the volume and making popping sounds when the unit would come on and turn off I had to reconnect my lc2i to make my subwoofers work properly but I can't use the subwoofer control in the radio functions when I tried contacting customer service and seller I never got a response. And just to let you know it has playstore but not like on your phone it is limited to the apps you can get you can't get netflix also could not get the phone link to work so I don't think it's worth the money

Installed same day it arrived, next day screen is not working like it did the night before. Tried to reinstall it to see if it would fix the issue but it didn't. Very disappointing that not even one day it worked well, it looked good the first time I turned it on and drove with it that night but first thing in the morning the next day it's out. (Update) So I returned the unit since it wasn't working as it should, got a replacement and haven't had any issues with it since I installed the new unit. Works great, audio is great really easy to install and able to customize with apps. I gave it 1 star for the defect of the first unit but so far with the second unit I'll give it 4 because I wish it was a little bit faster when it's turning on.

The installation was very straight forward and fairly simple... I have had a great experience with tech support for the few questions that I had. It fit so perfectly inside of the factory bezel that you couldn't even tell that it was aftermarket except for the fact that it is way cooler.

I'm extremely thankful it's plug and play removing it was a breeze. If you want a system with a very slow boot time then this unit is for you. If you want a slow response when making your selections then this unit is for you. If you want the gps to lose its signal constantly no matter where the receiver is placed then this unit is for you. Decided to give them another try and did an exchange still awful. The Bluetooth didn't work at all and the Wi-Fi signal very poor despite being inches away from my hotspot. Don't do it look elsewhere.
