Improves skin
Ever since I started taking this daily, I don't break out anymore. The reason I started taking this was because every time I would eat sugar of any form, cookies, chocolate, ice cream, I would break out really badly. I wanted to be able to enjoy my favorite desserts and not break out so my Ayurveda Practitioner recommended this vitamin and since I've started taking it I haven't had any pimples...even when I over indulge. :)

Great for Acne relief

Stopped my hair loss

Very haopy for this B vitamin had helped me to overcome tiredness I was so tired for couple of weeks due to BP MEDICATION....side effect of this drug Doctor had stop this drug for it had caused me to be EXTREMELY TIRED !!! Ever since I stop taking it ....I took this Vitamin B.....my tiredness GONE !!!! To lower my blood pressure.....I am not in hypertension category...FISH OIL WORKS !!! Inspite of what doctors think of fish oil as useless supplement--- FISH OIL WORKS FOR ME BY LOWERING MY BLOOD PRESSURE !!!!! AND TOGETHER WITH THIS VITAMIN B 5......my blood pressure dropped
