Bike Inner Tube with Slime Puncture Sealant

Decent tires, do exactly what they say on the tin so to speak. Got them for my son as hes always popping tires, fitted perfectly and cause there is quite a bit of slime they seem to be resistant to a lot of punctures as usually hes popped em by now! They are definitely stopping them going flat sooner, good value for money.

5 stars to seller for ripping me off, 3 rd tube in 3 months not punctured but split near valve. Had tyre checked and rim and that’s all okay so inferior tube out of date product!! Had to purchase another brand from a cycle shop never using slime tubes again. Well done Amazon thank you

Yes these on wife’s commuter bike. We find these are probably the best quality of this type of tube having tried several different types. We don’t find it stops punctures, & the never actually stop the tire deflating, probably you need to be going much faster to throw the green slime to where it’s needed quicker?? The positive side, easy to re inflate the tire, simply pump back up & spin the wheel by hand quickly for a couple of minutes, that usually does the trick..

Was brilliant but I got a puncture on Sunday and even tho Slime was coming out it never sealed it up even after I put a puncture repair over it and now I’ve tried to inflate my tyre and the slime is coming out of the valve and my tube won’t deflate now to put back on the wheel. So not only has the slime failed after less than a year, not even close to the 2 it says it’s ruined my tyre and hopefully not my compressor! The tyre tube has gone a funny shape after I heard a pop sound when inflating. It’s far from being close to fully inflated here also. The puncture I repaired is fine but I can’t use it now because of the slime and now need an alternative way to get to work!

These tubes work very well as when you get a small puncture they seal the holes as long as you still keep peddling for a minute or two, you can then stop to re inflate the tyre if it is necessary , used these for all my downhill runs

Ok they add a bit of weight to your tyres.... and also if you do get a puncture, you should still replace or repair the tube... however the slime should get you home at least. The inner tube version is a v high quality thick walled tube (i used to get a normal inner tube filled with slime by my bike guy, till I found you could buy them pre filled). I was very happy with the quality all round, and they are not much more that a good inner tube anyway... but you get a peace of mind knowing that a cut tyre won't leave you stranded... as this green stuff oozes out and hardens (so fast you probs won't notice it happened) I forget the size of the cut it will seal, but it's a reasonable size. All I can say is I get the car version now as well (alongside thick walled 'run flat' tyres) Yeah I'm just a fan of the product, just remember it doesn't make you immune to punctures (nor do they claim that).... and a tube needs replacing or repairing if you do see a bright green spot on your tyre 😉, but as a 'get you home on a commute' product.... well I think it's great. Certainly saved me from walking more than once. I recommend totally, but maybe not for the Pros out there, as there is a weight penalty for using it. However if cycling just for fun or commuting... it's just brilliant (and consider the car version as well... saves putting a space save on until you get to your tyre place... and its not expensive). A superb product in my humble opinion! 👌😊

I got my first puncture using these tubes yesterday. Whilst the slime kind of worked in the sense that it slowed the puncture and by pumping the tyre back up 4 times I managed to get home. The tyre was completely flat within 20 mins of getting home and when I tried pumping it back up it soon went flat again. Happy enough that I was able to get home on a much slower puncture but far from the “no more flats” claim

I've used slimes for decades, so I don't know what has happened to their formula, or maybe I just happened to get four duds in a row (one puncture was from the rim, so I'm not counting #5--my bad) from gigantic goatheads, but these tubes are not working as they used to. I've commuted on goathead clustered highways, and yes, I'd get slow leaks, but these recent four didn't even leak the Slime. They just flatted and wouldn't pump back up. My advice to Slime? Go back to the old formula. Please. Or don't sell out-dated tubes. Please. Thank you.

Dieses Fahrradschlauch finde ich genial! Leider habe ich kein Foto mehr, da es sofort in das Fahrrad eingebaut wurde. Seitdem erfüllt es seine Funktion einwandfrei. Der Schlauch ist dick, von sehr guter Qualität, und sogar der Herr im Fahrradservice, der ihn ausgetauscht hat, war sehr beeindruckt. Wenn ich irgendwann wieder Fahrradschläuche kaufen muss, werde ich definitiv diese nehmen. Ich kann sie jedem wärmstens empfehlen.
