I love these pens. I actually found one at my local Dollar General and liked the pen so much that I decided that I needed a whole box. The pens write really smooth, dry fast and last for quite some time. I have some issues with my pointer finger and thumb from a injury that depending on the pen will aggravate them but not with this pen. I can use this pen for a while with no problems. Great pen.

So I’m a big pen person and very particular about how something feels when writing. For years, all I have used with regularity has been Paper Mate Profile Ball 1.4. I really find them smooth and a pleasure to write with, but they smudge incessantly. Within the last 6 months, I discovered zebra brand pens and I have not looked back! I may have a problem tbh. While I appreciate the smaller point size of their typical colored pens and their lack of smudging for use with my agenda, they did not write as smoothly as my beloved Paper Mates. The sirasa R is an exception bc those things are seriously amazing. I decided I would try these larger point zebra retractable ballpoint pens to see if they might have the quick drying I had seen in zebra pens, as well as the smoothness of the Paper Mate. I officially have a new everyday pen! They are so great and definitely are as smooth as any pen I’ve ever used! What’s more, they genuinely do not smudge or smear. I do not understand the magic zebra possesses to make these things stay put once you write something, but it is a real testament to their brand.

Writes SO SMOOTHLY! A coworker had one at work and I went hunting for it. The only drawback is that the ink isn't bleed proof (I'm an artist, so I enjoy a good inking device) Would be 5 stars if the ink was bleed proof. But its very smooth and the only competition is the Sharpie pen that is bleed proof.

I am a registered nurse and tend to write a lot because of work. We nurses in general are known for being very particular about what pens we use because of this. That being said, this is easily the best pen I've ever used in my entire life. I burrowed one from a coworker once and immediately loved it. This is now the only pen I use -- at work and at home. I prefer medium point pens and this pen is perfect for me. They write smoothly, continuously, and leave nice dark bold print. I have never had discomfort from writing extensively with these pens. I personally have never had issues with smudging either. I have been using these pens exclusively since 2020 and have gone through 70+ pens and out of all of those I have only had issues with 3 of them (2 stopped writing and I couldn't get the ink to flow and 1 fell apart d/t manufacturing defect). These pens typically will just keep writing smoothly and only stop once they are out of ink -- sadly something I have never experienced with any other pen. Only issue I have is I wish they sold cartridges for the pens separately so that I don't have to keep buying the entire pen and disposing of them when they run out of ink.

These are the only pens I ever buy!! I was so happy to find them on here and they give you options to buy them by the dozen!!! I was having a real hard time finding them in any stores, if I did find them in the store your only option was a 2 pack or if I was lucky I occasionally could get a 4 pack. I'd buy them all when I could. Now my customers are always asking me about these pens. If I'm feeling nice I'll give them one. Lol! But usually they'd just take them when I was busy with other customers. Love these pens!! I never write reviews either just saying!

I'm a HUGE fan of the Zebra 1.2 mm ballpoint. I buy the "blue 12-pack" every few months, because it's pretty much the only pen I use. I used to hoard them jealously but have recently undergone a wave of generosity. Now I scatter a few around my parents' house, stash them in my husband's backpack, keep a couple in our cars' glove compartments, and hid an extra in my sister-in-law's purse. They're that good; everyone who uses the Zebra 1.2mm is like "whoa, this pen is really great". I just ordered a box for my sister-in-law's Christmas present. My mother-in-law, back in Delhi, reports that she jealously keeps every pen for herself, instead of offering them freely around. ANYWAY: so. I REALLY love the Zebra 1.2 mm. When I read NYMag's "The Strategist", the celebrity shopping columns often mention favorite pens. I am here to tell you those recs are hogwash. THIS is the best pen of them all. Flow is smooth! 1.2mm width is satisfying! Wait a few seconds and it doesn't smear even with a highlighter! The nib, or whatever it's called, doesn't wiggle when you press down! I've long thought retractable pens are the way to go- one less thing to lose. So, literally everything about this pen is perfect. I love it, I get a lot of pleasure out of using it, it is a "go-to", I never have to think about pens again. I will use these forever. And, now, instead of jealously guarding them, I've decided to be more generous, and I share them somewhat freely. I am going to give them to 3 sister-in-laws as holiday presents, and I know they will love them. Pens are important, especially once you hit your 30s. Ain't nobody got time for lame pens. - AM SIL

I like a broad line these are perfect

I use these for work outside in all temperatures they write smooth only the occasional 1 will loop up other than that I will get more until I find one that will last a little longer
