Very good wave maker
I use this on my 4 feet cichlid tank. I have used it in such a way that it creates a very good flow and a pattern where in all the fish wastes are collected and gets sucked by the filter. Good one. Go for it if you require a very good wave maker.

Good buy if only circulation is ur issue.
It has high power, gives nice circulation to my 4ft(480ltr) tank but, I had to tie it up to other suction pipe in my aquarium.Due to its weight, the wave maker is tilting downwards. Which is a big drawback.

take the directionals off
they are very good power heads. the mounting to the suction cup was tricky at first to figure out, and the direction cones have to come off, but after that they are really strong and do a great job.
