sofi Butterfly Orthopaedic Memory Foam Pillow - PCM Heat Regulating Cover - Cooling Vents

I originally bought the Sofi Butterfly Pillow for myself to see if it would help me sleep a little better, as those who are married will know, that doesn't always mean as much as you think it does. The pillow arrived, I unpacked it, I allowed it expand to its full size before taking a couple of pictures (so if I decided to write a review it wouldn't have dribbled all over it). Everything about the design and build of the Sofi pillow is good quality. The shape is uniform so it doesn't matter which way around you have it, the finish around the seems are first class, and the zip that allows you to remove the cover is, although thin and delicate, hidden very nicely and doesn't feel like it would fail any time soon. The cover itself (I have the cooling version) has a slightly silky feel to it, I imagine that this is due to the materials use to achieve the cooling effect. I want to be clear, I slept on this pillow just once before being informed that it was no longer mine. Personally, I like my head raised up quite high when I sleep and I struggled with having it as my only pillow. When I put it on top of another, the silky aspect became an issue and it moved around too much. As nice as it is and as undoubtedly comfortable as it is, I didn't get on well with my new pillow. My wife, however, did. My better half is a pillow flipper, meaning that she is always trying to find the cooler side. She tried the Sofi on night two and didn't turn it over or even move it in any way all night. She loved it. We've been using memory foam pillows for some years now and so the firmness (firm to medium if your asking) was great, the shape is oddly supportive cradling your head and neck, all in all, it works very nicely. I will admit that I wouldn't buy another for me, but in fairness, I sleep in a bizarre way probably only seen in zoos and I get through a lot of pillows, endlessly seeking the night time perfection I will likely never find. The wife, on the other hand, sleeps like a normal human being and her feelings about it are probably far more useful to you. It's a lovely product, beautifully put together and if you sleep like a normal person and don't want a warm sweety head at night then you won't go wrong.

Can’t wait to put my head on this pillow again. My neck, shoulders and back feel so good. Before I used to wake up with back pain and my shoulders were stiff. But now when I wake up my neck muscles feel well rested. It says it’s for side sleepers as it has a butterfly shape. But as you can see on the photo I posted, one side is curved but the other is straight. This makes is perfect for when I want to sleep on me side and then I simply turn the pillow to make it fit my back. But many times I just sleep on my back with the curved side and it feels good. We have an open window to let fresh air in so it gets a bit chilly in the winter but the pillow has kept my head warm throughout without making me sweat. When I push my head into the pillow I can feel air flowing through the pillow through the ventilation holes, it feels very nice. Is it worth £59.97? My health has improved so that is a yes Will I buy again? I don’t need to buy another one for myself because this one is great but I’ll buy one for my wife. *UPDATE July 2020: I’m still using this pillow It has been very good for my back and neck. I see no need to buy another pillow.

This pillow is great quality and provides a good level of support. The drawback for me is that it's just not suitable for short people or people with a shorter neck. I tried it out for a while and loved the feel and support level. I stopped using it for a few weeks because I realised it was putting my neck at just the wrong angle. Tried it again the other night and was up at 3a.m. with a crick in my neck so I won't be using it any more. I'm still giving it 4 stars because I think it would be helpful for anyone taller or with a longer neck.

I like this product very much .. however I did not like the way it was packed and delivered . It was in a large box in which the pillow was in another tube box . The tube was open at one end and part of the pillow was spilling out . So had to wash the outer case . The inner case is also damaged . It has rips on the side . So desperate to get relief from neck pain I’ve been using this pillow . It does however seem like a second hand pillow .

Bought it for my son along with the back sleeper. I already am really happy with mine, and he seems very happy with his. He sleeps on his side all the time and tends to move a lot, he told me that usually his arm feels trapped and his head hangs low, but that since he’s been using the butterfly pillow he feels much more at ease and falls asleep faster. Tried it myself and I have to agree that it’s very comfortable, I almost fell asleep with it myself, though I only ever sleep on my back ! Just like the back sleeper, foam feels like it’s high quality and stays at a comfy temperature. Pros: -Comfortable for sleeping on your side, helps with “stuck” arm and head position -Stays at a nice temperature -Had a question about the pillow, customer service was prompt, polite and informative Cons: Just like the back sleeper, can’t think of any, worthy purchase that should last for a while

I bought this pillow due to neck problems I was having - I have to admit this was a lot for me to pay for a pillow but I am really glad I made the investment. From the first night I found the pillow to be extremely comfortable & woke up feeling, for the first time in a long time, that I had achieved a good nights sleep. I have now had this pillow for 4 1/2 months and it still feels good. The only thing I wish is that I could buy replacement pillow covers. If I use a regular pillowcase which I have been doing it makes the pillow that bit firmer & to be honest I prefer it with just its own case but I do not think that the pillow case provided would stand up to weekly washing & if I air dry it then it’s not dry enough to put back on in one day. I will have to make do however because I cannot afford 2 pillows.

I have had other neck support pillows which I have found didn't quite do the job as I wanted them to as I had difficulty making the required adjustments to which ever side I was laying on. With the butterfly memory foam pillow I have found this will fit into my neck because of its shape no matter which side I am laying on and adjusts to fit comfortably. It has a much softer but still supportive feel to it. I did think it was expensive but worth giving it a go as I was not getting a comfortable sleep. With this pillow I now do... so it's worth the extra money.

As a side sleeper I do love using this pillow. It does maybe require sleeping 100% on your side, which is very comfortable and helps me sleep very well, but when sleeping on my back it does raise my head a little more than normal. Fully recommended if you sleep on your side, as the foam supports your head and works just like regular memory foam, only with better temperature control.

C’est un vrai médicament qui enfin fait effet et, malgré le fait qu’il ne soir pas remboursé par la Sécu, il ne vous détraque pas l’estomac : il vous fait du bien à la tête. Ich habe das Seiten-Kippschläferkissen mit dem kühlenden Bezug gekauft. Ich habe Probleme mit der HWS und ich schwitze nachts ziemlich viel. Ich habe das Kissen jetzt seit einem Monat und bin sehr begeistert. Das Wichtige zuerst: Das ist ein Seitenschläferkissen. Das ist gut für Seitenschläfer, aber um auf dem Rücken zu schlafen braucht man ein flacheres Kissen. Kissen mit Memoryschaum sind in der Regel verhältnismäßig hart. Wer mit harten Kissen nicht klar kommt sollte sich nach anderem Material umschauen. Lieferung: War gewohnt schnell, ordentlich verpackt, alles zu vollster Zufriedenheit. Geruch: Einige haben sich über chemischen Geruch beschwert. Ich bin an sich sehr empfindlich was das angeht und mir ist der Geruch nicht negativ aufgefallen. Ich habe das Kissen sofort in der Nacht nach der Lieferung benutzt. Funktion: Super. Ich habe einige Tage gebraucht um mich umzugewöhnen, aber seither möchte ich das Kissen nicht mehr missen. Das Kissen unterstützt die HWS sehr gut und die Form passt für mich perfekt. Ich habe früher immer das normale Kissen geknautscht und geknufft bis ich halbwegs bequem lag und bei jedem Umdrehen ging das von vorne los. Am Ende bin ich dann trotzdem verspannt aufgewacht. Mit dem Seitenschläferkissen liege ich direkt bequem und wache morgens mit einer voll beweglichen, nicht schmerzenden HWS auf. Mir geht es wirklich merklich besser seit ich das Kissen benutze. Das Kissen fühlt sich tatsächlich kühl an. Ich habe auch den Eindruck, dass es Körperwärme sehr gut ableitet. Allerdings ist der Sommer vorbei, von daher habe ich es jetzt noch nicht bei hohen Außentemperaturen getestet. Fazit: Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Tut genau das was ich davon erwartet habe und ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Me he acostumbrado con ella desde la primera noche. Antes de comprarla , he investigado a ver cuál me compro ya que me había recomendado mi fisioterapeuta que me compre una almohada mariposa. Tengo problemas con las cervicales, hormigueo y adormecimiento en las manos y migraña. Duermo mucho mejor desde que la tengo , es muy cómoda y ya no me despierto con el tremendo dolor de cervicales

Llevaba tiempo con dolores de cuello y buscando una almohada en las tiendas físicas. Y un día vi en Amazon ésta que era justo lo que quería: yo me muevo mucho en la cama y duermo en diferentes posturas, incluído boca abajo. Nunca había oído hablar de esta forma de almohada, mariposa, y es ideal para que el cuello quede en posición relajada en cualquier postura. Incluso tiene forma en los laterales para abrazar la almohada de lado y boca abajo. Es bastante rígida y pesada, pero se adapta suavemente a la forma del cuerpo. Quizá no haya sido casualidad, pero en dos semanas me duele menos la zona cervical. Creo que es buena opción para quién le gusten las almohadas duras. No es barata, pero es algo que uso 8 horas al día y cuida mi salud, así que es más que un capricho.
