Best Quest Flavor
This will always be my favorite Quest protein bar flavor. The peppermint is just the right amount, and I love the chewy texture. The only thing that would make it better is a dark chocolate coating, but I fix that by coating them myself (highly recommended!). 10/10 recommend (except I also don't because they're seasonal and I don't want them to sell out before I buy a dozen boxes).

Great flavor - wish they had them year round!
These are a great complement to the mint chocolate chunk bars and I wish they were offered all year. I stock up while they are available and hope my stash lasts until they are available again.

How this only has a single gram of sugar baffles me, it tastes like a lot more.
I've tried about a dozen flavors of the Quest bar so far. All of them are pretty good. My favorite two are the Birthday Cake and the Chocolate Mint (I think it's actually called Peppermint Bark, but it didn't even growl at me....) Tastes very good, and has lots of fiber and protein. I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 for 2 reasons: 1) They're more expensive than most, close to two bucks each, and 2) I can't help feeling like in that Seinfeld episode with the allegedly lo-fat healthy frogurt, where they find out the numbers were, um, fudged. If the ingredients and nutritional information is as claimed, I'll keep getting more. For those curious, the 6 number I track (calories, cholesterol, fat, fiber, sodium and sugar, 2 C's, 2 F's, and 2 S's makes it easy to remember) is: Calories per bar: 190, Cholesterol 5 mg, Fat 7 grams, Fiber 14 grams, Sodium 210 mg, and Sugar 1 gram. There's what looks like a sugar variant, "erythritol" with 4 grams of that, which may mean it's 5 grams instead of 4. A friend that knows more about this than I do says it's metabolized differently and so doesn't count. I figure even if it's 5 instead of 1, that's about a quarter or less of most regular bars. Oh, and the protein count is 21 grams.

A minty treat
These are soooo good. Even the texture is great. It has an almost nougat consistency to it, but more firm. If you like peppermint then these are for you. I am diabetic and miss the candy canes at Christmas time. These are a good sub and full of protein.

Lackluster
They unfortunately taste like straight up clay and protein. Good idea for a flavor but the other flavors are waaaay better

Good idea, but
This product arrived on time and in good condition. Personally, Quest has the best tasting protein bars on the market. They have several flavors available on their website. For best pricing i recommend checking between the Quest website and Amazon sellers. Currently, I have tried pumpkin pie, chocolate chip cookie dough, cookies and cream, and peppermint bark and i look forward to trying the rest. Of the flavors that i have tried I like pumpkin pie the best because the flavor is consistently delicious. Cookies and Cream is next, followed by cookie dough. Unfortunately, Peppermint bark comes in last because of the lack of consistent flavor. The best way I can describe it is to compare it with a piece of chewing gum. With chewing gum the flavor is great until the sugar is gone and then it goes flat. The same happens with this protein bar.

Tastes like if you made shoe leather out of bland white chocolate.
These were pretty terrible, bland, no texture to them at all. I paid the extra $6 above the normal quest bars and it was a waste of $6.

Has a artificial sweetener aftertaste, feels like the taste of baking soda

Never been disappointed with any questions bars. These Peppermint bark one are really good if you like Peppermint. They do not come with chocolate on the bottom, like in the picture. Still really good flavor.

These are absolutely delicious and gave you 21 g of protein, which is great for protein bar and also way less sugar than other bars. My only complaint is the price point on these. I wish they were at least $10 lower.

Definitely didn't taste like what it is supposed to taste like.
