After my husband passed away, I was using the drill and the battery wouldn’t keep charged so I had to find a new one. This is exactly as the other ones that were not working and it worked perfect. Charged right up on my charger. Works as it should.

Worth the money
The low priced substitutes are not good. Although item is not cheap, it does hold a charge for weeks and does the job. The fit is exact as you would expect.

Makita quality
Good authentic Makita OEM battery, it has a lot of charge for a compact battery as I have run my Makita drill for two days of repetitive use and it still has some life left. I don’t normally buy used stuff but I took a chance and saved $20 from a new one with the only drawback being that there is no fuel gauge on the battery itself.
