Anise

If label online (anywhere on web) happens to be in English, you will see it. If not you may taste it. Being the candy is an iridescent white that is a small clue. After first taste I thought my tongue felt a tad tingly so I read the label to find one of the ingredients is menthol. While I’ve never in all my years had (or tasted) menthol as an ingredient in anise candy I’ve purchased, this is tasty. It is just a touch, that tiny tingle, and by no means overwhelming like a cough drop as it is ever so slight that those with heightened taste buds may notice and enjoy. It is refreshing and not real sugary like some of the wrapped square anise candies out there. 👍🏼 I recommend.

Oh wow! Just wow!! I am one of the weirdos who loves the taste of black licorice but not all the sticky mess that can go along with it. This product is a clear hard candy that tastes so delicious I bought them twice! Excellent product!

These taste so good.my husband and son love these

I found these anise candies when I went looking for the square red anise candies in the red cellophane wrapping I remembered from when I was a little kid, many years ago. While looking I realized that even if I found ones that looked like those red ones they most likely wouldn't live up to the expectation created by nostalgia. I believe these colorless and transparent hard anise candies are less sweet than the ones I'm remembering, more like chewing a fresh picked anise leaf or crunching some dry anise seeds, and that's all to the good. I ordered a 7 ounce bag first and needn't have bothered. I knew from the first delicious candy that I'd be ordering the big bag. Not only do these taste like a sip of anisette, their elongated oval shape has a really nice "mouth feel". Very good quality candies and a good value when purchased in the 1 kg/2.2 lb bag.

These are a great treat when you need just a little sweet!

great product

I absolutely love Anise flavor. I was going to buy 2 more small packs when I saw this huge package for a good price. A must buy !!!

Made in Italy, this Sperlari hard candy has stood the test of time by presenting a well-quality tasting product to its customers for almost 190 years. The product is individually wrapped for cleanliness, it's gluten free, and made to top quality materials - using no artificial colors or dyes or gelatin from animal products. I enjoy the mint "meta" and Anise "Anice" flavors, but several other great options are available. Please keep in mind that these are "bulk" bags of candy 1 kg/2.2 lbs Bag (1-Pack).

Adoro los caramelos de anís y estos son mis faboritos.

A mi me gustaron mucho desde que los compré en Venecia. A mí me gusta mucho el sabor de Anís

I bought these for my son-in-law, because he loves anaseed and had read about these sweets from Italy. and I am very impressed that they arrived a week early, I hope he loves them.

Certo .... buone .... Con la differenza che quelle comprate in negozio , nei sacchettini più piccoli , sono molto più profumate ... nn mi spiego il perché.....

Ottima soluzione per chi, come mia madre, le Adora!
