I’ve been using Chinese Po Chai Pills for a while now, and they’ve become a staple in our household. They’re easy to take and don’t really taste like anything. Even if I leave them in my mouth briefly while looking for water, there isn’t much bitterness - just a mild, herbal flavor. There’s no strong or unpleasant smell either. I've been using poi chai pills for the past 30 years or so off and on. They WORK! Not only do they stop the stomach churning, upset tummy, nauseous and bad eating or drinking. They also help tone the stomach to get rid of bacteria and viral stuff especially if one gets stomach flu..no fun. The moment you feel like your stomach is feeling gross pop 2 vials right away and for acute you can take up to 6 vials: am, mid, pm with or without food. They do help with gastritis and some people have said it has helped with their ulcers. My husband has been on it for his ulcer and it didn't seem to help. Like I said it is good for stomach crummies and the like.

This is the best stuff ever! If I have a sore stomach, I take Po Chai and it calms my stomach immediately! Yes, within 1 minute I feel it settling. I carry it everywhere!
