excellent cable
I needed this to connect my powered subwoofer to my mixer’s headphones output. This cable does the job perfectly and sends a very clean strong signal where another brand did not. The gold plated connection ends probably make all the difference - highly recommend!

Various gear requires various size input/output cables. In addition to this cable, I have various adapters to take cables from XLR down to micro…but the fewer connectors that you use, the better the sound.

After 2 uses one side of the male xlr not working

This is now one of my favourite cables. I use it to split a stereo signal from a distribution amp with 1/4" output to two separate, powered speakers with XLR inputs. Much like Calculus, I struggle with tip-ring-sleeve-pin-positive-ground-whatever and just cross my fingers. The red and black labeled XLR male ends are super high quality. Cable does the job it's supposed to do. High quality. Just the right length, 3 feet (for my purpose). If it stands up in the field (which I'm sure it will) I'll be buying a couple more.
