Took me a minute to get the old one off, but putting the new one on was super easy. Held good and dod the job sealing the tank.

Before opening the package the tether strap on the cap was broken and now no way to attach it to the vehicle!

Awesome cap.. Just like the original for my 2006 Honda Civic.. You need to take apart the rubber pin that goes in the hole in the gas cap door and replace it with the new one.. A bit of tinkering but doable.. Then it's perfect!

Fits 07 Civic, and 2013 Accord.
Good price, fast delivery. Alas it did not cure the emission fault code on the Accord. But as a first diagnosis, it would have cost a lot more to have the dealer start an endless parts replacement routine. I installed it on my Civic, just to see if it was ok, result...no problem. It seals just as good as the original and no fault codes with this cap installed.

Bought this item to replace my oem fuel cap, on a 2008 Honda civic a1.8 L …cap fits perfectly, however the Plastic cord which attaches to the fuel cap and then to the fuel door is much too short…
