After a friend mentioned this product I ordered it immediately! I have a Senior in the home who wears compression socks and I told her I wished they were non-skid like hospital socks. I rolled up a magazine and stuck it in a sock and put tiny dots of the “glue” and left it to dry. I have never used this so I didn’t know what size dot or how far to space them. Next pair I put them on the heel and closer to the top, underneath the toes, which provided better grip. It dries pretty quickly and works great!! You can buy any socks and turn them into non-skid for Seniors, kids or anybody! They don’t feel unusual in shoes either. Can’t really tell the dots are on the bottom of th socks but they sure do keep you from slipping! Great idea!!

This product is hard to find and it works. I am glad Amazon had it. Color selection is good. Very easy to apply and has great adhesion. My purpose was for use on sock bottoms. I have elderly parents and instead of purchasing additional non-skid socks, I decided to order Sock Stop and apply it to the socks they already have. I gripped 20 pairs of socks and still have enough for more socks. Great grip! Before applying it, insert cardboard into the bottom of sock, shape it to fit the bottom, so it does not adhere to the other side of the sock. (You can create designs by outlining the bottom with the Sock Stop). Please note: It needs to dry for 48 hours before use and you may have to reapply depending on the design. Use sparingly. It is washable and can be placed in the dryer. Its purpose is to make surfaces non-slippery, it does. As an aside: if you are caretakers for elderly parents, this product will save some costs in purchasing grip socks. Just buy quality socks and make your own.

I had great expectations to do a project tonight with it, planned with time, followed instructions shook it for several minutes, cut the top open…. Nothing came out. Then tried digging out what I figured I’d just the top(as some glue like products come) it wasn’t. It came completely separated, at one point I figured I’d cut the bottom open & get the bottom 1/2 out to get my task done, NOTHING! Front the bottom it’s was just some strong smelling liquid came out. I cut it open to see if there’s any usable product inside. Not a drop! The white stuff in the video is all you get out, and the liquid coming out of the bottom is also not glue like. A total waste of time & money. It’s not about the money, I’m side amazon will refund/replace the product, but it was a time sensitive task & that’s irreplaceable. I’m sure there’s other brand products out there, but this was my very first time where I was completely dissatisfied. I have never given anything less then 3-4 stars by trying to justify a reason. But why would a sealed item that you have to cut open would come dried? That’s beyond me.

It helps to make socks non-slip; however, the paint is felt more through the socks than a purchased non-slip sock because the dried paint is a bit harder than the soft flat rubbery store-bought socks non-slip coating. It might work better to spread it on than to squeeze it out in dots, I don’t know. It’s okay for me, just be forewarned if you have sensitive feet.

I’m one of the millions of men who suffer from No-butt-itis. This has literally put a stop to gravity and my heavy cell-phone from conspiring to constantly creep my pants downward before my waist. The belt alone won’t work, and I’m not an old man yet so suspenders are out of the question. I put 3 horizontal stripes of this stuff inside the waistband. The grip it adds in tandem with the belt makes all the difference. There’s enough in the bottle to do 3-4 pairs.

I applied this to the bottom of some knit slippers and it's not as sticky/non-slip as I thought it would be. It provides a little bit of traction but not as much as I was wanting. I wouldn't compare it to the non-grip socks that you can buy from the store but it does the job for the price I suppose. Also if you're applying bigger globs of it, it doesn't dry fully transparent. Instead looks kinda white.

It goes on white but does dry fairly translucent. It was a little stuck in the bottle at first but after I got it open it worked well. I would say I treated 5-6 pairs of socks and have a little bit left. I just let it dry overnight and washed according to directions. You can definitely tell the socks are stickier after I applied it.

I haven’t used the product yet. I purchased for the soles of my crochet slippers.

Die Flaschen kamen schneller als angegeben, super verpackt, sowie sauber und ohne vertrocknete Spitze an. Nach einem kurzen Test mit der weißen Farbe auf Papier, würde ich sagen, dass es sich gut verarbeiten und auftragen lässt. Die Deckkraft ist auch super!

It does what it ment to do. And I think this is the best you can get.
