I know this sounds ridiculous but i think from the perspective of one hand (32 years), so - how do i use this - what end? s, e or a?

The pipette attaches to the tube below S. Press A and sneeze the bulb to remove the air. Put the pipette into the liquid and squeeze S to draw up the liquid to the desired level. To release the liquid from the pipette press E. It is a little awkward for me to do it with one hand but it is doable. Perhaps more difficult if you are using a larger, heavier pipette or with the type of liquid you are pipetting (e.g. like acid).

Good buy

Compared to other pipette bulbs I have purchased, these are a good value. I've used them for a few months and the ball bearings have not moved out of position.

Does not work

This does not work at all. I am able to suck up liquid but when I squeeze the empty part of the bulb the liquid does not come out. Do not order! You will be disappointed.
