Pretty good suction

Very nice and clean

After 4yrs is operation, overall it performed well for the price. We are asian and we cook almost every mean so I think we areaheaby user. We usually use level 3 for fan for most of cooking. Yes it is loud but it means it is sucking the air well. The lights are bright and works very well. The shut off of both fan and lights are bit annoying since you have to press the button number of times, to go from Hight to Low, the complete the cycle. Hope it has a quick shut mechanism. A long press Fan button put you on timer for shut-off delay at level 3, but after it enters to timer, you can lower the fan level to 1. That's a nice touch. The reason I give only 3 stars is because of its difficult cleaning. It is almost impossible to clean the fan cover, the inside gets buildup from oils and a long oil reserve tray is also very difficult to clean. It also has sharp edges so you could cut your finger easily. Hope they are selling the replacement cover and oil tray.

Nice fan,works great and looks good but it is noisy

This hood worked great for custom 36" wall hood cabinet. The slim construction made this the best choice for my application. I will buy again for my next project. Sure beats the high dollar products sold by the big name manufacturers.

I bought the fan some time ago. It’s a good fan but the control switch is not working properly now. I still have warranty for parts. Been trying to reach someone to get the replacement parts. There’s no one to respond. Everybody’s redirecting me. No final solution given
