Excellent Product
I’ve been ordering these omegas for years and they keep the inflammation down. They are big but I’ve become accustomed to swallowing them and they are gel capsules so it’s not that big of a deal.

If this is your first time with this product, I would advise to take the 3 gels at different times of the day. One after breakfast, then one at or two a lunch.
