Wilderness Systems Heavy Duty Kayak Cart - for Kayaks and Canoes

I had bought an inexpensive kayak cart that worked fine on packed sand or any hard surface but the hard plastic wheels didn't roll well at all through dry sand. This cart is great. My kayak is much more stable on the cart and the low pressure inflatable tires will roll easily over virtually beach, rocky or sandy. I love it. It was a bit pricey but it works so well and is easy to load and unload that I wish I had bought sooner. I have a friend who bought a similar cart but instead of just dropping the kayak onto the cart and strapping it on, his has two vertical posts that stick up thru the scuppers on the kayak. It's great once it's loaded but getting it onto the posts is a job. If you're going to spend a chunk of money for a cart, I don't think you can beat this one.

this is a great canoe cart or kayak cart easy to roll across sand or dirt not crazy about the straps you get i used a set of rachet straps and it worked great well worth the money

Extremely easy to put together. Used on a Nucanoe F12 and it worked great, didn’t have to secure the kayak to the cart and it stayed in position just fine. The beach tires worked surprisingly good over sand and rocks. The cart was well worth the extra money. It seems to be heavy duty enough to last for years, time will tell.

This cart is so amazing especially when you combine it with the wilderness system kayak as it fits perfectly! So easy to load and maneuver. I also bought the solid wheels and once again just so easy to use and very very sturdy! Only improvement could be The assembly directions but still pretty easy to figure out. This cart has no plastic parts that you have to worry about breaking and the straps that come with it secure the kayak so it doesn’t move at all. I suspect this cart will last forever! Very well-built!

The cart is strong and sturdy. However, after filling the tires for the first time as specified in the instructions, one tire was extremely lopsided. It was so bad that when moving the kayak, it would rub on the bottom of the kayak and causes the cart to shift from center of mass. While the cart is great, the sand wheels should be avoided unless you already have a cart with solid tires.

very simple instructions for building the cart and for the size it’s very light weight. In the high position it carries my oldtown pdl120 loaded very easily. The ballon wheels make going over rough terrain very smooth. I had other carts before this one that were either clunky or had limitations. If you have a longer and heavier kayak that needs to be transported from vehicle to water, get this one. You’ll thank yourself in the long run.

STOP!!! This is the only review you need! This is the kayak wheels you need for the beach! Very easy to pull in the sand! We used this to bring 4 kayaks on the beach! Yes 4! At one time! Super easy to pull! I tried the c-tug, but I had issues, so I tried this one and it is the one people need! I will attach a picture with 4 on it soon. Here is a picture with 2 on it and my 7 yr old daughter can pull it in the sand. Works on packed sand, sugar white sand, very very easy! Buy it, you will enjoy your kayak even more!

Works great for my hobie pro angler 14'... but my tires won't hold the pressure I've been very cautious not to over inflate. Bought a pressure gauge that could read 3psi. I fish every few days at least and ever time I go they have dropped to at least 2psi and I have to use a hand pump before I use it... if it would hold the pressure it would be perfect ***edit they replaced my beachwheels with the hard all terrain model. I don't launch on sandy areas anyways and I've been very happy with this model

Has many adjustable features. Sturdy built. On my part, had no problems with the tires. Handles very well.. A bit pricy but in our case it was worth it.

Muy sólido en general el kayak buenos materiales En el manual indica una presión máxima para las llantas, el cual desde mi opinión es poca la presión, cuando llevas el kayak con el equipo, las llantas se ven bajas de presión , sin embargó el fabricante así lo indica , algo bueno es que se siente como una suspensión

Me quedé fascinado con mis ruedas ahora ya no tendré que cargar mi kayak o arrastrarlo... Lo recomiendo ampliamente
