Moghrabieh Lebanese Couscous Mediterranean Pearl Couscous by Massoud Freres (Large 2 Pound Bag)

I've tried many types of Lebanese couscous, and Moghrabieh Lebanese Couscous Mediterranean Pearl Couscous by Massoud Freres is by far the closest I’ve found in taste, texture, and size to the original Moghrabieh you’d enjoy at restaurants in Lebanon. The quality and flavor are truly exceptional, bringing back the authentic taste of traditional Lebanese cuisine. However, the one downside, and the reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars, is the price. Unfortunately, the cost has nearly doubled recently. This item used to be sold as a pack of two, but now it’s only available as a pack of one at nearly the same price. That’s a significant increase, and while the product is excellent, it’s become a bit too expensive for regular use. I’m planning to try out some alternatives that are more budget-friendly, but it’s going to be tough to find something that matches the quality and taste of this product. If it weren’t for the price, this would easily be a 5-star item.

Yummy but pricy. Made it in a rice cooker in chicken broth and sautéed onions and mushrooms. So good.
