Not even an engineer can make it work
I tried three times through email to perform the simplest of functions. I had a buddy who was a Naval electrical engineer and he got confused and gave up. In summary this is junk and I have to save up to try again

Very disappointed. No customer service. No help to set up.
Instructions are lousy. Not straight forward on programming at all. Called the sellers number 3 times for help. Got answering machine that did not identify the seller. Wrote 3 emails asking for help with clear instructions no response. Unit came with no model or serial number. Just the sticker that identified the seller Most likely will return.

Junk. Even after returning (which cost me $50). I still haven’t gotten a refund.

Junk
Seller only gives brief instruction. Instruction with unit are worthless unless you have a degree in computer science. Several calls, on a one or two line response 24-36 hours later usually. Said I could send it back and they would make sure it works before a refund is given. HELLO, I'm sending it back because it does not work. I'm out of luck, they are in Canada, no recourse. May make a YouTube video warning people off. CANNOT RECOMMEND!!!
