A very good Multivitamin contains good amount of all the Essential vitamins and Minerals required by a person who works out in the Gym regularly.Just if they could increase the content of Vitamin E would be a perfect one.

Felt good after taking the vitamins
Felt good after taking the vitamins. Though I was taking other supplements, mostly herbal, they seem most effective with this multi-vitamin. I'd recommend to anyone.
