I have no problems at all with this product. It's reasonably priced and the pills are super small, which is an awesome change of pace from the usual highlighter-sized vitamin capsules. I just wanted to forewarn anyone who is considering buying this for Visual Snow Syndrome. I read somewhere online that it might help with VSS, but I found the opposite to be true. You can never be sure of the correlation, but taking this vitamin seemed to make my snow worse, and it has subsequently improved back to where it was now that I have stopped taking it. Just wanted to note that, in case anyone else was in the same position. Go ahead and give it a try if you want; it's not like anyone knows what will help and what won't, but that's just my own personal experience.

My feet cramp badly at night (while dreaming, wake me up and I have to walk it off) and I haven't been able to eliminate -- tried magnesium, calcium, sodium, capscasin around my ankles and behind my knees to increase circulation at night, massaging with magnesium/water every night, a special pillow my feet rest up against, and more... I read a recent medical review for K2's benefit in relieving this and thought I'd try -- and it has done wonders. Not completely eliminated but on nights I do experience, it resolves quickly without having to address. I take 2 pills (200 mcg - in the clinical trial they took 180 mcg) + a D3 at night with dinner (that contains fat -- important), followed by calcium. (I take 2 tums for calcium carbonate after this, and one calcium citrate in the morning.)
