Is purple heavier than pink?

Hello Ashley :) it depends of your daughter height. For example my daughter is 10 years old and around 5.3 inch and she use them. If needed you can make a knot and everything will be perfect :) enjoy stretching

What is the weight resistance?

The weight resistance is 20-50 lbs for the ballet band and 8-12 lbs for the mini loop band. It’s a good weight resistance compared to other bands i have used. Recommend!
