**Q: Can somebody look at the bottle please and tell me if this is dairy free and gluten free?**
A: Jennifer, the production process for the enzymes used in TriEnza may utilize fermentation ingredients that are derived from or contain gluten, however, these items are either consumed during fermentation or removed during the enzyme purification process. A: Yes, it's a powder in a capsule. My friend who uses TriEnza as well opens the capsules and sprinkles it on her food all the time. I never tried it.

**Q: It is stated that in the allergen statement that wheat and soy is an issue, please explain?**
A: You take this to help with wheat and soy allergies/sensitivity.

**Q: What are the size of the capsules ?**
A: They are on the smaller side for capsules..Ｓｌｉｍ,Not too long.. can take 4 easily at one tine. Cannot measure at present . Have run out.,these work great!

This enzyme combination has been really helpful for my food intolerances. It has a spectrum for breaking down the most common carbs, fats & proteins - including casein & lactose in dairy, & parts of one of the major gluten proteins (gliaden). This is not for people who have true allergies or celiac disease to be able to eat those foods again, but for those with a leaky gut or other minor digestive issues.
