Very good hoover! although it's a Vax!
The mystery of what hoover, ie- vax, Dyson, Bosch yadadada... Is dependent on type of surface Vs bristle on motorhead + suction! Sadly there seems no one combination suit's all conditions! But! Sadly! Having used the Vax blade 2 max and the Dyson V8, the Vax is better all round in every combo! Power- longevity- and ease of use, the Dyson softer to the vax's grunt, results don't lie when you see what's in the bin and not the floor! My work creates a lot of dust /debris and being mobile and efficient it is invaluable in keeping my client's homes clean, Best (hoover) I've tried!!

Great suction, ease of use and useful accessories
So far so good. I bought this about nearly a month a go to replace my Dyson v6 absolute. Wish this vacuum was around before I bought the Dyson, the vax is amazing! The Dyson has now gone in the bin! Suction power is really good. Couldn’t believe how much dirt it sucked up after already having vacuumed with my old Dyson v6 absolute! Love the accessory kit too. Finally a vacuum that I can use to get rid of the dead insects trapped in narrow lights. The pile in my carpet has been wonderfully restored. The accessories are easy to connect on and off. The only minor issue is the run time is only 45 mins as per advertising when used in standard setting but only about 20 mins in boost mode.
