Is it compaible with playstation 4 ?

It is a universal accessory, independent of the console used. You need to make sure it is compatible with your wheel and pedal set (which I can't see why it wouldn't be).

does it come with the wheel and peddals

Hello! Playseat evolution chairs do not come with steering wheels or pedal sets. These must be purchased separately. Playseat chairs are compatible with most brands that make steering wheels and pedal sets, including those from thrustmaster and Logitech. Hope that answers your question!

I'm not familiar with the t300 rs, since I don't own one. Most likely they are compatible, and at worst you could drill a couple of holes through the tray, if the existing ones don't match.
