Unfortunately, this helmet shield does not fit the run-f3 helment but fits for the helmet for model # for AHR RUN-F.

Measuring tape around your head. CYCLE GEAR or another can get it and tell you round or oval as well. But I wouldn't recommend this helmet

uncomfortable on my ears

there is a pocket in side the helmet that my ears slide into that puts fabric between my ear and head, and its super uncomfortable

Can't complain about price

Everything I like about this helmet.. it's obviously not the best helmet, but for the price it's worth.. only thing I wasn't crazy about is the slide down dark shield. I would of preferred regular dark shield that was separated from the clear shield.
