Hotone Patch Kommander 4-Channel Programmable Effects Loop Switcher

I love this thing! I am more of a minimalist so this switcher is perfect because it’s not too over the top with functionality but it has enough to program your song parts out with three channels. Good price for something that can control your amp Chanel as well. The size of the switcher does not take a lot of real estate from the pedal board assuming you are using a professional size pedal train or equivalent. Directions are very easy to understand. I would recommend this product.

This thing is AMAZING. Especially for the price. If you use pedals this is a MUST have in my opinion. I personally would prefer the buttons to be a bit further apart, but I think that's more of a personal problem than a manufacturer's problem. Hands down this is the best money I've invested into pedals. Changing tones is as simple as a single tap, no more tap dancing as fast as possible to switch between sounds.

The big let down! All or my patch cable, which is the switch craft industry standard pancake type that I use with my other loopers do not fit this. The spacing is too close between the connectors that none of my cables fit.

For the price this thing is nice. Rugged, good looking, many features. There are just some things I wish were improved: - I think the control output isn’t floating since I got ground loops - I wish the amp control output state could be controlled by the scenes, and not just in manual mode

The unit was sturdy and seemed well constructed, but whenever it was engaged the signal level dropped precipitously and tone suffered greatly. Returned it and was issued a refund. Luckily I had time to test it before our next gig so I wasn't caught by surprise at a show.

I dont ever write reviews but saw this getting a bad rap and would not want people to pass on it based on the negative reviews. I'v had no tone loss, its simple to use and a great value for the money. I use the EBS flat cables with right angle and they fit great. I'm using pretty high end pedals, Analogman KOT, Wampler pedals and they do not suffer Love it!

Makes a loud pooping noise when channels are engaged. After the return period there is no manufacturer warranty.

Can't figure out a way to bypass my pedal setup without having to press footswitches more than once. Makes it a little difficult. So I had to set one of the switches without any pedal in order to bypass my board. I only have a few pedals so this is not a big deal. Just annoying.

No fancy preset stuff, just a quiet and effective loop switcher. Is shipped out of the US and they don’t always pay attention to what they pack as the first one received was not the correct product.
