Calming down from all the movement and noise in your ears, this is absolutely wonderful sounds that would just addto your winding down time, a time to escape into your inner self and connect within. Early mornings late afternoon,it doesn't matter when you decide to be alone with yourself and your Creator this music helps to make that happen, taking you to another level in thinking, in thoughts, in peace, it brings joy to my environment. This is a beautiful CD! It's great for massage, yoga, guided meditations for any other relaxing activity one likes to do. The flutes are lovely. Really captures the feeling of being in Scotland or Ireland. Enjoy!
