Watercolour Paint Set 58 Colour Half Pans - Water Colours Paints Perfect for Artists, Students Or Hobbyists – Foldable Watercolour Paints Box with 2 Aqua Brush and 3 Sponges

I have several makes of artists grade paints and to be truthful I ordered these as an add on product just for the palette and pans. These are now one of my favourite paints and there is no way I am not going to carry on using them. I like the consistency of the paints and the flow that they provide. The colours are strong and vibrant but can be diluted easily to provide a pale wash. Initially I am going to use them for studio work or work that I know I will have printed: until I know more about the light fast qualities of the paints. The palette is made of a robust plastic and I am happy with the design with inserts for the sponge and the water brush . On the whole this paint set is excellent value for money.

Very pleasantly surprised at the quality.....nice sturdy little box......great paints.......rich colours, nice texture. A bargain! I'm pleased with the results so far......fairly new to watercolour but these are superior to my previous paints and the difference shows! Would recommend for beginners and as a travelling set. The case is small enough to fit in a pocket or handbag. Only one teeny fault......the brush pen doesn't fit in when filled but I've found it doesn't leak in my bag or pocket. Five stars all the same.

This is a very nice 12 half pan set, they also do larger ones. This is well made with a proper hinge and a good water brush supplied with it, Incredible value. If, as I did, you want to use it for other colours, then note that the half pans are slightly smaller that most. I wanted it for use with tube paints, and therefore wanted to change the pans for empty ones - but they don't fit! So I had to remove the paint blocks - but they are very well glued in. So sadly I had to dissolve them in hot water and scrub out with a toothbrush. Fiddly, took half an hour, but worth it for the brilliant box. This is not to say their colours are not okay, I quite like them, and have another one in which I have kept their colours. I did email them about purchasing empty pans but got no reply.

Before I get into this review, please bear in mind that I am by no means a profession watercolourist. I work with the paint in my free time / when I'm bored and therefore, this review will be based upon what I know and have learnt in my few years using them. I was a little nervous about buying, since I'd never heard of this brand and it had no reviews, but for the most part I'm glad. It's a nice little palette; the plastic is sturdy, its a convenient size for travel and the pans fit well and don't fall out of the holders, which is an issue with a vastly more expensive set I own. It has a nice weight and the lid has a nice "stiffness" meaning it can be positioned anywhere between flat open and closed without it flopping to one side. The colours are quite a bit more vibrant than the supplied swatches, which was mildly disappointing considering I was looking for a more muted palette, however, different monitors will show slightly differently so I can't fault the company. They don't take long to activate, but it may take a couple of layers to get a nice opaque appearance. I was a little disappointed with the water brush as you cannot store it with water in - it has to be kept in the two parts for it to fit in the palette and no plug to keep water inside the barrel was supplied. This is only a minor inconvenience as I'm sure you can fill it on the go, but it's something worth noting. Overall, a nice little palette, and was worth the money I paid.

Honestly, I bought this ready to throw away the paint inside. I wanted the palette box. Its perfect for outdoor / travel urban sketching. The box matched the Derwent Inktense Paint Palette which is just a perfect box. It arrived and, before throwing away the paint, I decided to try them out. Oh!! Surprise! They were really nice to use, really nice colour selection (apart from including white) and I had a lot of fun with them. Er....? I guess I'm going to have to re-purchase it again. One to keep and play with. One to throw away the paint and re-fill with professional tubes. Whoever made them - thanks for creating the perfect box and some pretty excellent paints and colour choices.

Great product! Colourful paints, variety of colors, accurate brush and compact box. Delivery before expected. Ideal for traveling as the box close perfectly and will not open in your bag. Great for professionals and beginners. High quality product. The brush allow you to paint different shades and effects. The paints dry quick which is perfect, and the colour stay same vibrant or even better even after dried. Each pan let you create a wide range of colours. I am really happy with my purchase, I would repeat and probabily try different Ezigoo products.

These paints are brilliant! Such a vibrant depth of colour. I wanted a paint set I could take on holiday and that wouldn’t take up too much room in my suitcase. The folding design makes this product perfect for travelling.

Cheap and period, very thin paints with very little pigment in them and very bad choice of colors, proper primary colors are missing. Only the brush is decent

Una palette di giuste dimensioni, perfetta per un primo approccio all'acquarello. Le piastrine hanno colori fluidi che si stendono bene anche molto diluiti. I colori ben pigmentati ha una varietà giusta per chi ancora non sa crearne di nuovi .
