FITS VERY VERY SMALL!

This is a nice sweater & I really like the color; however. It is WAY too small! I did the SIZE CHART as provided, and the suggestion was to order SIZE SMALL, so that is what I did. It is so little (and I am small) that I think I could order one, and maybe even two sizes larger! Could you please send a replacement?? Please advise... Teri Zook
